Enterprise IT Asset Buyback & Recycling Review for 115 Retired Assets
A recent IT asset project involved a mixed batch of retired enterprise hardware from a production environment. The goal was to identify, classify and evaluate the equipment before deciding whether it should be reused, resold, used for spare parts or responsibly recycled.
According to the asset list, this batch included 115 units of retired enterprise IT equipment, covering rack servers, blade servers, blade chassis, storage arrays, routers, network switches, firewalls, security appliances and tape equipment.
